How we measure

Grab a soft measuring tape and a mate, as it’s easier with help.

• Chest/Bust – Measure around the chest where widest. Remember to wear your best bra! Place one end of the tape measure on the fullest part of your bust, then wrap it around yourself. Make sure to go under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
• Waist – Measure above your hips at your natural waist. Circle your natural waistline — the area above your belly button but below your rib cage — with the measuring tape like it’s a belt. If you want an easy way to make sure you’re measuring the right spot, bend slightly to the side. You’ll likely see a small crease form — that’s your natural waistline.
• Hips – Measure whilst standing around the hip where widest. Hold one end of the measuring tape on the front of one of your hips, then wrap the measuring tape around yourself. Make sure you go over the largest part of your buttocks.

Helpful tips

• Make sure when measuring your chest be sure to measure the fullest part of the bust while wearing a properly supportive bra.
• Measure using inches as most designers use this system of measurement.
• If you’re unsure ask a friend or family member to help hold the tape measure or contact us for assistance.
• Once you have taken your measurements refer to the size guides on each product page to find your correct size and select the nearest size to you.
• If you’re unsure or between sizes we would recommend sizing up and then having a seamstress take the piece in, in the places needed so that it fits your shape perfectly.
