We have had a lot of queries about Wedding dress sizing, so here goes we hope this helps!

 In general wedding dresses are about 2 to 3 sizes smaller than our UK high street sizes. So if you are usually a size 12 you will need a 16 in a wedding dress!

So do remember: It’s not the number on the tag that matters!
Does it feel amazing? Does it make you feel like the bride you want to be? That’s all that matters!

Most salons stock sample dresses in a size 10, 12 or 14… which means they’re really only a size 6, 8 or 10 in the high street equivalent!

That’s what makes us different.

Here at Curvy Chic Bridal, we have a huge selection of beautiful plus size wedding dress samples to fit curvy girls from a size 14 and up!

No more “getting squeezed like a sausage” into a dress! (This was one of our brides take on her previous visit to another bridal shop!) In fact we have to clamp most of our samples to make them smaller for you!

Also because most of our dresses have been designed with the curvier girl in mind they are better suited to your curves and offer lots of support in all the right places.

At Curvy Chic Bridal, we carry samples from size 14-34 in bridal dresses, and they are available to order up to a UK 44.

But to make life easier for brides to be, our bridesmaids dresses range from a slim size 6 to a curvy size 44! So all your bridesmaids can wear the same dress in a size to fit!
